WHO WE ARE

The Minnesota State University Faculty Association (MNSUFA) represents the interests of faculty at Minnesota State, Mankato. We are part of the Inter Faculty Organization (IFO) and our members are served through collective bargaining, contract enforcement, and advocacy.

what we do

We, the voice of the faculty, pledge to democratic self-government, institutional shared governance, political activism, and inclusive diversity to support the efforts to prepare students for life, careers, and citizenship by anticipating evolving programs and disciplines. We encourage equal treatment of all faculty members, their academic freedom, their rights to intellectual property, their professional growth, and their right to be heard as professionals on all issues relating to their student's education along with their equitable pay and benefits that are appropriate for our status as professionals.
