Executive Committee
The Executive Committee represents the faculty at Meet and Confer. The committee is composed of :
Faculty Association (FA) President
FA Vice President
FA Secretary
FA Treasurer
Three elected IFO Board members from our campus
Seven Unit Representatives
The chairperson from each Faculty Association standing committee
One representative from each of the equity caucuses
Our campus representatives to each IFO standing committee or IFO equity caucus
Our campus representative to the Negotiating Team
Responsibilities: Members of the Executive Committee are to represent their specific constituency, communicating concerns, issues, actions, and decisions between the Executive Committee and their constituency. Members commonly serve on ad hoc committees in addition to their position-specific duties.
Time commitment: The Faculty Association Executive Committee and the Meet and Confer meetings occur about once per month for two hours each. Members are expected to attend both meetings if possible but may send a substitute if necessary.
