Welcome to the Faculty Association!

The MSU Faculty Association is the local unit of the statewide Inter Faculty Organization (the IFO) which is the exclusive representative (union) for the faculty at the seven Minnesota state universities. Under the terms of the IFO/MnSCU Collective Bargaining Agreement (specific changes), the FA represents the faculty with the University Administration and provides the faculty recommendations to the Administration on all policy matters concerning the University.
