Business:

1. Approval of minutes from e-meeting of 12/14: MSP

2. Review of tabled proposals. See “Tracking Worksheet 2004-05” for specific details.

3. Reports from liaisons
    A. Distance-Learning Taskforce
    B. Undergraduate Academic Excellence Taskforce – proposal is now available for informal review
    C. Free Speech Policy Taskforce – proposal is now available for informal review
    D. Executive Committee:
a. Articulation agreements between SCTC and Southwest State University
b. Walt Wolff addressed PSEO admission requirements

4. Distribution of Online Readiness Checklist from Distance-Learning Taskforce

5. Items for submeet and confer which is scheduled for January 25, 2005.

6. Other
    A. Review UCAP charge including traditional day/time for committee meeting.
