Business:
In lieu of the usual face-to-face meeting, UCAP held an electronic
meeting with three formal items of business and two points of
information.
1. Approval of minutes from 11/9/04. MSP
2. Final approval for proposals #20, 22, 23, and 24.

3. Tentative approval for proposal #49. MSP (see
attached Tracking Worksheet)
Points of Information:
A. Dr. Warren Sandman has indicated the Registrar needs clarification
on the course equivalency policy UCAP passed last year. Expect an email
from Warren or a visit next week to fill us in.
B. Any UCAP representative should inform the UCAP chair if they have a
“time-sensitive” message as a UCAP liaison. The intense number of
proposals requires putting liaison reports on the agenda only for
time-sensitive issue.
