The Program
Review & Assessment Sub Meet and Confer met on October 11,
2002 at 7:45 am. In Sub Meet
& Confer members in attendance were Judith Luebke, Nina LeNoir,
Mahbubur
Syed, Jackie Vieceli, Steve Gilbert, and Joanne Brandt.
Warren Sandmann was also in attendance.
The committee
reviewed the draft of a proposed new on-line reporting form
(found at
http://krypton.mnsu.edu/~gorgias/PRAWebRedesign/assessreportform.html)
for annual program assessment developed by Warren Sandmann, Assessment
Coordinator. This draft request will require approval of the Sub Meet.
Sandmann also requested
feedback on the draft University Assessment Web Site found at
http://krypton.mnsu.edu/~gorgias/PRAWebRedesign/ PRA_Home.htm.
Sandmann also
distributed a list of institutions that have electronic reporting
of assessment results on the World Wide Web for the members to examine
as potential models for MSUM.
Discussion of
2002 MSU Progress Report on Levels of Implementation, drafted
by Hersrud and Sandmann was begun.
This discussion will continue at the next meeting.
